1. This Agreement applies to registrations, renewals, transfers, changes of holder, DNS and other domain services and forms part of the General Terms.
2. Each domain is subject to the rules in force at the relevant time of the registry, registrar, ICANN where applicable, and competent authorities. By submitting a domain transaction, the Customer accepts that these rules are incorporated into the Agreement.
3. An indication that a domain is ‘available’ does not guarantee registration. Registration is complete only when accepted by the registry or registrar.
4. The Customer must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information. Depending on the TLD, requirements may include email or phone verification, an identity card or passport, proof of address, VAT or company registration number, certificate of incorporation, trademark, local presence or other documents. Failure to complete verification may lead to rejection, suspension, removal from the zone or deletion under the registry’s rules.
5. The Customer is responsible for checking that the domain does not infringe a trademark, business name or other third-party rights.
6. Domains are NOT covered by the 100-day guarantee. Registration, renewal, transfer, change of holder and other transactions are generally non-refundable once submitted to or carried out by the registry or registrar. Exceptions apply where required by mandatory law or in cases of proven error where a refund is legally and technically possible.
7. The Customer is responsible for renewing on time. Grace, redemption and recovery arrangements vary by TLD. Recovery of a domain after expiry is not guaranteed. For .eu and .bg domain names, a renewal completed after the expiry date carries a €15.00 reactivation fee, plus VAT where applicable, and the payable amount is recalculated before payment.
8. Transfers may require an Auth/EPP code, unlocking, eligibility, confirmation or documents. Registry or losing-registrar restrictions may cause delays.
9. Changes of holder are subject to the TLD’s rules and may require authentication, documents or approval from the previous or new holder.
10. The Customer is responsible for the nameservers and DNS settings they specify. Some registries require correctly preconfigured authoritative nameservers before registration or an update.
11. Registration data is passed to the registry or registrar to the extent required. Visibility through WHOIS or RDAP depends on the TLD, the responsible body and the law.
12. Privacy or proxy services are not available for all TLDs and may be withdrawn where required by the registry, law or a competent authority.
13. UDRP, URS or national or registry-specific procedures may apply. Domain Market complies with binding decisions of competent bodies.
14. The TLD-Specific Requirements appendix forms part of this Agreement. If a registry or registrar rule changes, the newer mandatory rule takes precedence for the relevant transaction.
15. The Customer must respond promptly to verification requests. Domain Market is not liable for domain loss where the Customer fails to provide the required information or documents in time or does not complete verification.
